BY PLANE

Nearby airports are Innsbruck and Verona Catullo, about 90 minutes away, Bergamo (2.5 hours drive) and Milan and Venice (each about 3-4 hours drive).

BY RAIL

The most comfortable way to travel to Bozen is by train. From there you can either take a taxi to Lana or change to the local train to Burgstall/Lana and take a taxi to Gampenstr. If you want to take your car with you, you can take the DB Autozug from Hamburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hildesheim and Isenburg to Bolzano.

BY CAR

Coming from Brenner Pass
Via the Brenner motorway A22 to the exit Bozen Süd, then continue on the expressway 38 Meran-Bozen in the direction of Meran. Leave the motorway at the exit Meran Süd and turn left immediately in the direction of Lana/Ultental. At the roundabout take the second turn and continue towards Lana village.

Over the Resia Pass
Coming from the Resia Pass, you follow the national road 40 through the Vinschgau Valley, which joins the expressway 38 Merano-Bolzano at Forst (just before Merano). Continue until the exit Meran Süd and turn right in the direction of Lana/Ultental. At the roundabout take the second turn and continue towards Lana village.

Coming from Verona
On the Brenner motorway A22 you drive to Bozen Süd and then immediately take the highway 38 Meran-Bozen in the direction of Meran. Leave the motorway at the exit Meran Süd and turn left immediately in the direction of Lana/Ultental. At the roundabout take the second turn and continue towards Lana village.

BY BUS

You can also reach us directly and easily by bus. These companies offer direct bus trips to South Tyrol:

Meraner Land Express
From the end of March to mid-November the Merano Land Express takes you every Wednesday and Saturday from the central bus station in Munich to the holiday region Merano Land.

South Tyrol Bus
Südtirol Bus runs twice daily from Monday to Thursday and 4 times daily from Friday to Sunday from Munich to Merano. 

Mein Fernbus Flixbus
Mein Fernbus Flixbus bus runs three times a day from Munich and Innsbruck to Merano. 

Südtirol Transfer
SüdtirolTransfer picks you up directly at the MeinFernbus stop and takes you directly to Lana. 

Südtirolexpress
Every Saturday, from April to October, the South Tyrol Express brings you comfortably from St. Gallen via Silandro and Merano to Dorf Tirol. The fare includes a shuttle service to and from the accommodation.
